During the year we offer fresh produce that includes peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, herbs, okra, squashes, zucchinis, and other seasonal items. The majority of the produce we sell are unique cultivars that you will not find at your local grocery stores. Our goal is to offer your palate the incredible variety of fruits and vegetables nature has to offer, non-GMO, and grown naturally. Your taste buds will know the difference!
Caribbean Jerk Sauce
We hand craft a Caribbean Jerk Sauce from our own home grown Scotch Bonnet peppers. This 21 ingredient masterpiece has a complex flavor profile that is sweet, savory, tangy, with a nice spicy finish that leaves you wanting more. Goes well on chicken and pork dishes, wings, salads, or any other dish you're looking to add a decidedly unique taste to.
Spicy (and regular) Jams
Expect bursting flavors of fruit when you try our jams as we use crushed fruit as the backbone of our jams (as opposed to jellies which are just fruit juice). Our signature spicy jams are infused with our own home grown Trinidad Scorpion or Datil peppers which make our jams a one-of-a-kind taste experience that have been a hit since the first time we offered them. We currently offer both spicy and regular versions of peach, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, and pineapple jams. The spicy version make great gifts for that hard to shop for spice lover in your life.
Chicago Hot
Giardiniera
One of our newest product lines, we now offer Chicago Hot Giardiniera, the condiment of choice in the Midwest! This spicy condiment is very hard to find in Texas and so we took it upon ourselves to bring that exciting Chicago taste down south. Use it on beef italian sandwiches, Chicago dogs, pizza, and more...the possibilities are endless.
Pickled Peppers & Okra
Our original line of products, we offer pickled peppers of differing varieties with a heavy emphasis on jalapenos, along with pickled okra in both regular and spicy versions. Our pickled peppers deliver a flavor punch that is unrivaled to store bought pickled peppers. Our spicy okra's heat comes from our hotter version jalapenos, our Lemon Spice jalapenos. In addition, we use Star of David or Hill Country Red okra which are shorter and wider than traditional okra. Each bite is like a snack in itself due to the size of our okra!
